Neal has spent the past few years backing up such legends as Dolly Parton, Elton John, Sting, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Sheryl Crow, Lenny Kravitz, Lyle Lovett, and Vanessa Williams. He has performed on the 2007 Kennedy Center Honors, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Country Music Awards and he frequently sings on Saturday Night Live. Neal can be heard every week singing the theme song for 30 Rock. He started his career in Nashville as the lead singer of the duo East to West on Benson Records.
