Her critically acclaimed solo album Cindy Mizelle was released in 1994, and she has contributed her vocal talents to over 120 albums by artists such as Freddie Jackson, Carly Simon, Chaka Kahn, Jonathan Butler, George Benson, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Patti Labelle, Celine Dion, Anastacia, and Alicia Keys. She has also toured (and recorded) with Whitney Houston, Dave Matthews Band, The Rolling Stones' 1990 Steel Wheels Tour, Donald Fagan, Walter Becker and Steely Dan.
